'Food Northwest aims to develop higher value added activities to meet the ever changing consumer demands, which involves keeping a strong regional identity in relation to all premium foods.'
These activites include developing products which continue to meet consumer expectations in order to expand the food and drink sector in the Northwest and protect Gross Value Added (GVA).
We have co-ordinated a five year Northwest Food & Drink strategy which has 6 priorities, focusing on the following key themes:
